Combine classes

Combine classes that will be judged together. Each entry's placing is recorded against their original class; the combined group also gets its own Champion/Reserve.

Pick divisions to combine *all classes from each picked division will be members of the combined group

Tip: amber entry counts mark divisions with few entries — likely combine candidates. The resulting combined group will hold every class from each picked division as a single member set.
